1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Luzviminda website located at
luzvimindaph.com (the “Site”) and any related services, features, content, or applications offered
by Luzviminda. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do
not agree to all of these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Site.

2. Eligibility

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:
You are at least 18 years of age or accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or
guardian.
You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
You will provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and
purchasing process.
You will maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate.

products may appear differently on your monitor.

Errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an
error in pricing information, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that
product, even if the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card
has already been charged and your order is canceled, we will issue a credit to your account.

5. Order Acceptance and Fulfillment

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve
the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at any time. We may require additional
verification or information before accepting an order. Factors that may result in order
cancellation include:

6. Payment Terms

and warrant that:

You authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order.
If your payment method fails, we may still charge your payment method for the order amount.
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. We do not store
your full payment card details.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays
in shipments caused by: 

• Weather conditions
• Carrier delays
• Customs processing (if applicable)
• Incorrect shipping information was provided by you
• Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Risk of loss and title for products purchased from us pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

8. Returns and Refunds

carefully before making a purchase. Due to the nature of food products, most sales are final
except as described in our Return and Refund Policy.

arrangement thereof) are owned by Luzviminda, its licensors, or other providers of such material
and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret,
and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
You may not: 

• Republish material from this Site without proper attribution
• Sell, rent, or sub-license material from the Site
• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from the Site for commercial purposes
• Modify or create derivative works based on the Site’s content

10. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under these
Terms. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
•  Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any worms, viruses, or code of a destructive nature
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers connected to the Site
• Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device to monitor the Site

LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE
DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE,
GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE

• ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SITE
• ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED OR OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITE
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID
BY YOU TO LUZVIMINDA FOR THE PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS IN THE PAST SIX
MONTHS.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Maryland],
without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of
or related to these Terms or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts
located in [Maryland, United States].

14. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution: Before filing a claim, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally
by contacting us at info@luzvimindaph.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute internally.
Binding Arbitration: If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you agree that any dispute shall
be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules,
rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims
qualify.
Class Action Waiver: Any proceedings to resolve disputes will be conducted on an individual
basis. Neither you nor Luzviminda will seek to have any dispute heard as a class action or
consolidated with other disputes.

15. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Site immediately, without
prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including, without
limitation, a breach of the Terms.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Return Policy, constitute the entire
agreement between you and Luzviminda regarding the use of the Site, superseding any prior
agreements.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we
will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to
access or use our Site after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the
revised terms.
